Rachael Berhe

Rachael Berhe is an experienced professional in workforce education and management with a career spanning multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Workforce Education and Literacy Manager at Workforce Solutions Greater Dallas since April 2023, Rachael previously held the role of Program Director at the Wilkinson Center from March 2005 to June 2023, overseeing self-sufficiency programs and ensuring they met performance metrics. Earlier experience includes positions as a Workforce Specialist for Arapahoe County Government, where Rachael provided case management services, and as a Residential Counselor with Volunteers of America, alongside clinical case management at the Mental Health Center of Denver. Rachael holds a Master of Science in Management with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership and Development from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
