Alba Navar Silvas

Alba Navar Silvas has extensive experience in workforce development, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Workforce Solutions Coastal Bend since February 2024. Prior to this role, Alba held the position of Contract Manager at Workforce Solutions of the Coastal Bend from August 2015 to May 2024. Alba's career also includes serving as Center Manager at SERCO of Texas from July 2012 to August 2015 and Director of Programs at Workforce Network Inc. from January 1997 to July 2012. Education was completed at Sinton High School.
