Jim Harrington

Jim Harrington is currently the Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel & Secretary at Workhorse Group. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer at Delphi Technologies PLC from October 2017 to October 2020. Jim has also held the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer at Tenneco Inc. from January 2005 to September 2017.

Jim Harrington completed a BBA in Accounting at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business. Jim then went on to earn an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Finally, they earned a JD from Northwestern University's Pritzker School of Law.
