Joseph McCulloch

Joseph McCulloch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joseph currently holds the position of Vice President of Production & Supply Chain - Aero at Workhorse since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at BorgWarner Inc. from 2015 to 2022, where they held various roles including Director - General Manager (Plant Manager III), Director - Plant Manager II, and Senior Manufacturing Manager. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Stant as the Global Operations Controller. Before that, they worked at American Axle & Manufacturing from 2002 to 2011, where they held roles such as Manufacturing Manager, Production Control & Purchasing Manager, Area Manager of Manufacturing, and Finance Manager. Joseph also has experience working at Robert Bosch as Director - SAP and Plant Controller, and at Mascotech and Bosch as Division Cost Accountant and Cost Accountant respectively.

Joseph McCulloch completed their education in three different institutions. Joseph obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting/Finance from the University of Michigan-Dearborn between 1988 and 1992. Joseph then pursued a Master of Science in Manufacturing Operations (MSMO) at Kettering University from 2008 to 2013. Most recently, Joseph completed a course in Strategy Execution at Harvard Business School Online, which they are projected to complete in 2022.
