Tj Cichecki

Tj Cichecki has worked in the design industry since 2008. Theirfirst role was as a Graphic Designer at Roberts Design Company, where they were responsible for managing multiple projects, meeting strict deadlines and interacting with clients and vendors. In 2010, they moved to Snare Systems as a Web Designer. Tj then became a Design Associate at David All Group in 2011 and a Contract Designer as a Consultant in the same year. In 2012, they became an Interactive Designer at the Public Broadcasting Service, where they designed audience-facing products within an agile methodology. Tj also worked as a Design Contractor at The Creative Group in the same year. In 2017, they became the Director of Chapter Development at AIGA DC, and in 2014 they co-founded Workhorse, an independent brand and strategic design agency with offices in Washington, D.C. and Charleston, SC.

Tj Cichecki obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication from Northern Illinois University in 2010.
