Cristian Garcia Vinals has an extensive work experience spanning over several positions and industries. Cristian started their career as a Bank Cashier at Banco de Valencia in 2007, where they handled daily cash transactions and ensured customer satisfaction. Cristian then joined La caixa as a Bank Cashier in 2008, where they resolved customer issues, cross-sold bank products, and contributed to team goals. In 2010, Cristian joined UPS as a Customer Service Representative for the Spanish team, providing top-quality service and resolving billing issues for both internal and external customers. Cristian later worked as a Freelance Property Manager from 2011 to 2013, where they managed day-to-day operations and contracts for several properties. Moving back to UPS in 2014, Cristian took on the role of a Customer Service Representative for the GB & IE & NORDICS Team, receiving incoming calls, solving customer concerns, and meeting daily targets. In 2015, they transitioned to be the European District Support Specialist for the UK & Austria, managing critical emails, analyzing customs records, and dealing with import charges.
