Product Designer at Workhuman

Flavia Ampezzan has a diverse range of work experience in design roles. Flavia currently works at Workhuman as a Product Designer since October 2021, previously serving as an Associate Product Designer from July 2020 to October 2021. Before joining Workhuman, Flavia worked as a UX Designer at permanent tsb from June 2019 to July 2020. Prior to that, they gained experience at SoftDesign as a UX/UI Designer, where they collaborated with Agile teams and utilized various tools to analyze product aspects and create designs. Flavia also worked as a Junior UX/UI Designer at SoftDesign for a brief period. Flavia began their career as an Art and Marketing Assistant at Laçador de Ofertas, where they focused on visual aspects and managed social media accounts. Flavia was a scholarship holder at Birmingham City University through CNPq - MCT's Science Without Borders program, specializing in photography. Flavia has also held positions as an Art Assistant at 3yz, Editorial Design Intern at MARGS, and received a Scientific Initiation Scholarship at Uniritter, showcasing their commitment to continuous learning and growth.

Flavia Ampezzan has a Bachelor's Degree in Art History from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, which they obtained from 2010 to 2018. Flavia also pursued a BA in Graphic Design from UniRitter from 2010 to 2017. In 2014 and 2015, Flavia attended Birmingham City University for a BA in Visual Communication - Photography.
