Jennifer Lefort

Jennifer LeFort started their work experience at Novak Charter Oak Insurance & Financial Planning in 2005 as an Intern and Receptionist, where they worked with a Financial Planner to increase attendance to financial seminars and performed daily office activities. In 2006, they joined Fidelity Investments as a Customer Service Associate II Benefits. Jennifer then worked at Millbury National Bank as a Teller from 2002 to 2006, where they worked with customers and provided administrative support for bank management. From 2006 to 2007, Jennifer worked at Macy's as a Star Selling Ambassador, managing the selling floor, resolving customer issues, and coaching new employees. Jennifer joined Unum in 2008, where they held various roles such as Sr. Group UW Specialists, Sr. IDI Rating Analyst, Account Manager, Sr. Market Specialist, Implementation Manager, and Senior Client Manager. Currently, they are working at Workhuman as a Launch Success Manager, contributing to the development of their integrated Social Recognition and continuous performance management platform.

Jennifer LeFort holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Nichols College, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Jennifer also earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, Leadership from the same institution between 2012 and 2016. Prior to their postgraduate studies, Jennifer completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Bay Path University from 2002 to 2006. In 2005, they briefly attended Royal Holloway, University of London, although no specific degree or field of study information was provided.
