Tyler Sakats

Tyler Sakats, PHR, has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. From 2019, they have been working at Workhuman, initially as an HR Business Partner before being promoted to Senior HR Business Partner and then Director, HR Business Partner in April 2022. Workhuman is a fast-growing platform focused on social recognition and continuous performance management.

Prior to joining Workhuman, Tyler worked at Interactions LLC as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they played a key role in improving customer sales, service, and support through the combination of technology and human intelligence. Tyler was with Interactions from May 2017 until December 2018.

Tyler also has experience with Datto, Inc., joining as an HR Generalist/Talent Acquisition specialist in December 2014 and staying until May 2017. During their time at Datto, they contributed to the development of backup and disaster recovery solutions, particularly in cloud-to-cloud backup products.
