Victoria Russo has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Victoria is currently working at Workhuman as a Senior Recruitment Partner since June 2022 and previously held the role of Recruitment Partner starting from August 2021.

Prior to Workhuman, Victoria worked at Insight Global for several years. Victoria started as a Recruiter in December 2014 and eventually became a Professional Recruiter in September 2015. In September 2019, they were promoted to the role of Account Manager. In their roles at Insight Global, they consistently exceeded sales and recruiting metrics and received multiple awards for their exceptional performance. Victoria built dynamic partnerships with IT stakeholders and managed a diverse portfolio of enterprise accounts in the New England region, specializing in IT recruitment.

Before joining Insight Global, Victoria worked at the Boston Private Industry Council. Victoria started as an Intern in May 2009 and later became an Administrative Assistant in May 2013, where they remained until December 2014.
