Santiago Morales Morales has a strong background in cloud infrastructure and DevOps engineering. Santiago started their career as a Wintel System Administrator at Tata Consultancy Services in 2017, where they were involved in monitoring tools, applications, and Windows operating systems. Santiago also worked on projects related to infrastructure and crisis management for Bancolombia.

In 2021, Santiago joined LendingFront as a System Administrator, where they handled various administrative tasks. Santiago then moved on to PRESTTI in 2022 as a Cloud Infrastructure Administrator, gaining experience in managing cloud services.

Currently, Santiago is working at Workia as a DevOps Engineer. Santiago'sresponsibilities include maintaining, improving, and troubleshooting infrastructure on AWS cloud, utilizing services such as ECS, Docker containers, LB, VPC, and EC2. Santiago is also involved in implementing CI/CD pipelines and repositories with GitLab, reducing infrastructure costs, conducting load tests, and implementing monitoring solutions using Grafana, Loki, and Prometheus.

Santiago Morales Morales pursued their education in the field of engineering. From 2016 to 2017, they attended Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) where they completed a technical program in software engineering. Following this, they enrolled at Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia in 2020 and is expected to complete their degree in engineering, specializing in systems engineering, by 2025.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Santiago obtained a certification in SCRUM FUNDATION PROFESIONAL from CertiProf in June 2020.
