Marselles Goggans

Marselles Goggans possesses extensive experience in program management and customer service, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Program Manager at Working Solutions since October 2009, Marselles has also held roles as Technologies Specialist, Agent Onboarding Specialist, and Independent Contractor within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Administrative Coordinator at Manheim from May 2000 to May 2007 and as Customer Service Manager at Convergys from January 1996 to April 2000. Marselles holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Georgia Institute of Technology, completed between 2009 and 2013, and a high school diploma from Edgewater, attained in 2001.
