Cyndi Karapogosian

Cyndi Karapogosian is the current Chair at Working Wardrobes. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Vice President at Ajilon Professional Staffing from January 1998 to February 2008. In this role, they were responsible for turning around two underperforming branch locations in San Diego County through direct service and relationship development with both clients and candidates. From January 1999 to December 2008, they also served as the Sr. Vice President at Ajilon Professional Staffing, responsible for driving the revenue growth and profitability of the company's operations on the West Coast. Prior to their work at Ajilon Professional Staffing, they served as the Area Sales Manager at Olsten Staffing Services from January 1998 to December 1998.

Cyndi Karapogosian's educational career includes a BS in Business Management from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics, and an Executive Leadership Program sponsored by Adecco.
