Amy Contreras

Amy Contreras is currently the Vice President of Talent & Organizational Development at Workiva and has over 15 years of experience in the talent and learning field. They founded and host the "Check this out!" podcast for kids in 2024, focusing on engaging and educational content. Previously, Amy held significant roles at Uber, including Head of Training, Learning and Development, and later, Head of Learning and Development at Uber Freight. They have also served as Director of Strategic Talent Development at LinkedIn, where they led various transformative initiatives in talent management. Amy holds a BA in History, Spanish, and Women's Studies from the University of Arizona and has completed executive education programs in Leadership and Strategy at Harvard Business School.
