Charlene Bunting

Charlene Bunting is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and software development. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Engineering at Workiva since September 2022, Charlene also contributes as a Plato Mentor in Engineering Leadership. Previously, Charlene held key positions at Datto, Inc., including Sr. Director of Software Engineering, where leadership was provided to the SaaS Protection team. Charlene's tenure at Vistaprint involved multiple roles, such as Software Development Manager and Product Owner, focusing on translating business vision into successful cross-functional teams and managing software projects. Charlene's career began in various analytical roles across reputable companies, including Cross Country Automotive Services and Gillette, after completing a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems at Northeastern University and a Women's Leadership Program at Yale School of Management.
