Laura O'Loughlin

Laura O'Loughlin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer and partner success, currently serving as Vice President of Global Customer and Partner Experience at Workiva since November 2021. In this role, Laura leads the global Professional Leader for PMO, Services Development, Partner Enablement, and Partner Success. Prior to Workiva, Laura held multiple leadership roles at Workday from 2012 to 2021, focusing on implementation strategy and global services enablement. Earlier career experiences include serving as IPSAS Project Manager at UNICEF and President of NexVue. Laura holds a degree from Lehigh University College of Business, graduating from 1986.
