Poornima Srinivasan

Poornima Srinivasan currently serves as the Vice President of User Experience at Workiva, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this, Poornima accumulated a decade of experience at Google, where roles included Head of UX Design for Google Works and Staff Designer for both Google Cloud and Google Ads. Earlier professional experience includes leadership in UX and product design at Amalfi Consulting LLC, where Poornima guided organizations in Mobile Health, FinTech, and Education sectors. Additionally, positions as Principle User Experience Designer at Adobe and Senior User Experience Designer at Intuit and Ariba Inc. were part of Poornima's career trajectory, alongside an early role as an Information Architect for Disney Interactive. Poornima holds a BS in Mathematics from Bangalore University and has furthered education at UCLA.
