Christian Roy

Christian Roy is an experienced manager in software development and product design, currently serving as a Manager at Workleap since August 2022. Previously, Christian held the position of Manager of Product Design at Equisoft from June 2019 to August 2022, where responsibilities included supporting designers, managing budgets, and enhancing design systems. In earlier roles, Christian worked as a Team Lead and Front-End Developer at Equisoft, a Production Manager at Ubisoft Québec, and led a team at Kronos Technologies developing SaaS products. Christian's career began as an Analyst Programmer and Investment Analyst at Brassard Goulet Yargeau, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Université Laval and a DEC in Computer Techniques from Cégep de Sainte-Foy.
