Cyril Boisard

Cyril Boisard is an experienced professional in the fields of people management and web development. Currently serving as the People Director at Workleap since July 2017, Cyril has also held roles such as Chief People Officer (interim) and Organizational Coach. Prior to Workleap, Cyril was the Director of Software Development at Triton Digital, where a focus was on fostering a growth mindset and an Agile transformation through training and community support. Cyril's earlier career involved various positions in front-end development, including significant roles at Quatrepointzero, EXPERTIME, and Maestria Multimédia, where expertise in (X)HTML/CSS, accessibility, and digital design was demonstrated.
