Previously, Lindsie held the position of Manager of Design Operations at Prodigy Education, focusing on enhancing the design practice's value through strategic transformation initiatives. As a Product Designer at Rangle.io, Lindsie facilitated project discovery and user research, while engaging with clients to refine product strategies. Earlier experience includes a role at CAPREIT as a Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator, where Lindsie led an award-winning lobby design program.
