Minh-Hoang Dam, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as a Software Development Manager at Workleap since March 2021, Minh-Hoang tackles business challenges and implements the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to optimize team performance. As a Co-Founder of Courselle Cycles, Minh-Hoang has developed pricing strategies and managed vendor relationships. Prior roles include Lead Producer at SmartPixel, where oversight of real-time 3D applications was essential, and Chief Of Operations at DOMREBEL Montréal, focusing on logistics and vendor relations. Previous experience also includes hands-on management at Les Projets Deraspe inc. and account management at NEWAD.
