Patricia Johnson has held various roles in several companies over the past two decades. In 1996, they began their career at ADP TotalSource as a Human Resource Specialist, and was promoted to Business Development Manager in 18 months. In 1999, they were ranked 3rd in sales in the company. Patricia then moved to Oasis Outsourcing in 1999, where they opened the Miami office in the capacity of Selling Manager and was promoted to District Manager in 2004. In 2006, they developed the National Accounts Program at Oasis. In 2009, they began working at WorkMagic, LLC as President & Chief Operating Officer, and also took on the role of Business Strategist and Managing Partner. In 2011, they joined Waste Management as a Total Recycling Program Manager, and in the same year, began working at MDLIVE, Inc. as a Project Manager.

Patricia Johnson's education history includes obtaining a BBA in Marketing/Finance from Florida International University - College of Business between 1981 and 1984, as well as an Associate of Arts - AA in Business Administration and Management, General from Miami Dade College between 1980 and 1981. Additionally, Johnson has obtained several certifications, including Woman Owned Business from WBENC in October 2022, Minority & Woman Owned Business from the State of Florida in August 2022, Women in Leadership from eCornell in December 2021, Goldman Sach's 10,000 Small Business Program from Goldman Sachs in April 2019, Aruba Certified from Hewlett Packard Enterprise in January 2017, Silver Certification from Sophos in January 2017, and Gold Partner from Microsoft in March 2019.
