Arielle Clynes has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Arielle began their career as a Volunteer at Engineering World Health in 2012, where they worked with the technical staff at a hospital in Nicaragua, fixed repairable machines, conducted a full inventory, and performed a needs-assessment. Arielle then interned at Power Up Gambia in 2013, where they were responsible for evaluating solar PV modules and conducting needs assessments at health clinics. Arielle also led a volunteer team to increase awareness and raise funds for rural electrification projects. In 2014, Arielle interned at Asha Impact, where they evaluated models for distributing power to underserved regions and outlined policy recommendations for scalability. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Coordinator at SustainUS, facilitating advocacy and operations-focused teams and representing the organization at COP21 in Paris. Arielle then joined Movimiento Cosecha as a Campaign Coordinator and Digital Director from 2016 to 2020, where they coordinated campaigns and digital strategies. In 2020, they became the Data Analytics Manager and Deputy Digital Director at WorkMoney.

Arielle Clynes has a diverse education history. In 2010, they began their undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a concentration in Bioengineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Applied Mathematics. Following their undergraduate degree, they attended Ashoka University from 2014 to 2015, where they completed a Young India Fellowship in Liberal Studies and Leadership. In 2021, Arielle pursued further education in Data Science, attending MIT Professional Education for both the Data Science program and the Applied Data Science Program.
