Gina Rosen

Gina Rosen, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Policy Research at WorkMoney since April 2025. Prior to this position, Gina held several roles at Opportunity@Work from June 2021 to April 2025, including Senior Manager of Policy and Research and Social Science Researcher. Gina also contributed significantly to The Mission Continues from March 2016 to June 2021, where responsibilities included Senior Director of Programs and Research and Director of Research and Evaluation. Academic experience includes serving as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Southern California and as a Research Analyst with USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work, focusing on substance abuse treatment under the Affordable Care Act. Gina's earlier roles include Research Analyst at L.E.A.P. Associates, Evaluation Specialist at the Annenberg Foundation, and various teaching assistant positions at UCLA. Gina's educational background includes a PhD in Social Welfare from UCLA, an MPP in Social Policy from American University, and a BA in Sociology from the University of Rhode Island.
