Oleguer Casas Lascorts is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and payroll operations across multiple countries. Currently serving as the HR Infrastructure Lead at WorkMotion since February 2022, Oleguer designs benefit entities, manages HR vendor relations, and supports employee queries in Spain, Portugal, Serbia, Mexico, Belgium, Lithuania, and Latvia. Previous roles include Senior and HR Lifecycle positions focusing on employee support and lifecycle management in various European countries. Oleguer's career also includes HR positions at Parakar Group, Pierce AB, TrafficStars, RUNative, and SEGULA Technologies, along with a strong educational foundation in psychology and labor consultancy. Oleguer possesses a Master’s in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology and continues to pursue studies in biopsychosocial anthropology.
