Drew Phalen

Drew Phalen has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Drew started their career in 2011 as an Operations Supervisor at Sanjel Energy Services and worked there until 2016. Then, Drew worked at Patriot Well Solutions as a Lead Operator from 2016 to 2017. Drew briefly worked as a Supervisor at Legend Energy Services in 2017. Later in 2017, they joined Patriot Well Solutions again, this time as a Field Service Manager until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Drew served as a Service Center Manager at STEP Energy Services. In 2022, they worked as a District Account Manager at Thruster Energy Corp. until January 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Completions Consultant at Chord Energy.

Drew Phalen pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning with their enrollment at Rhema Bible Training Center from 2006 to 2008. During this period, they obtained a degree in Pastoral with a focus on Ministry. After completing their studies at Rhema Bible Training Center, Drew went on to attend Divers Institute of Technology in the year 2009, where they pursued a degree in Commercial Diver. Here, they gained expertise in the field of Diver, Professional and Instructor.
