Ted Blackmon has a wide range of experience in various roles and companies. Ted is the Founder and Director of WorkPacks, where they specialize in Advanced Work Packaging. Ted is also the Founder of Jovian Ventures, a management consulting company. Additionally, Ted is the Founder and CEO of Construct-X, a construction project support company, and the Co-Founder of O3 Solution, a technology company that optimizes project outcomes. Prior to these roles, they served as the President of Intelliwave Technologies, where they developed strategic plans and doubled the company in size and revenue. Ted was also the Vice President of Construction Solutions at Bentley Systems, leading the vision and strategy for their construction portfolio. Before that, Ted founded Common Point and Reality Capture Technologies, pioneering virtual construction simulation and leveraging NASA technology. Ted began their career as a Mission Control Specialist at NASA Ames Research Center, where they played a key role in the Mars Pathfinder mission.

Ted Blackmon completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University from 1988 to 1992. Afterward, they pursued their higher education at the University of California, Berkeley, where they obtained a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from 1992 to 1998.
