Birger Kruse

Birger Kruse has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Birger is currently working at Workpath as a Sr. Enterprise Account Executive, where they help companies bridge the gap between strategy and implementation using innovative workflow and analytics software. Prior to this, they worked at Pricefx as an Account Executive, contributing to the development of cloud-native pricing and quoting software. Birger also served as an Account Manager at Unit4, empowering service organizations with user-friendly and adaptive ERP solutions. Additionally, Birger has extensive sales experience, having worked as a Senior Account Manager at COI GmbH and Ha-Be. Birger also managed sales and logistics teams for Ha-Be Middle East in Qatar and the U.A.E. Birger has international experience as well, having worked as a Business Consultant at Hanns Seidel Stiftung in Namibia and as a Corporate Sales Manager at TÜV NORD Middle East in Kuwait, Qatar, and U.A.E. Birger has also taken sabbatical time to engage in wildlife conservation projects in Uganda, Kenya, Namibia, and Seychelles.

Birger Kruse has a diverse education history. Birger started their formal education by attending Theodor-Litt-Schule Neumünster from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a High School Diploma in Business/Commerce. Following that, they pursued a management assistant program in wholesale and foreign trade at LEGO Toys - HQ Germany from 1996 to 1998.

Birger then went on to further their education at Fachhochschule Kiel from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a Diplom-Kaufmann (FH), which is a business degree equivalent to an MBA, specializing in business administration.

In addition to their formal education, Birger Kruse obtained several certifications. These include becoming an OKR Coach from Workpath in June 2023 and completing the MEDDPICC Masterclass by MEDDICC in February 2022. Birger also holds a SAP user certificate in MM, SD, and LO, obtained from SAP. Furthermore, Birger has an English First Certificate from the University of Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education, where they achieved a Grade A.
