Vidisha Mehta

Vidisha Mehta is an accomplished professional in HR and workforce strategy, currently serving as the Global Advisory Digital Solutions Leader, Work & Rewards at WTW since February 2019, and also holding the role of Business Mentor at Workplace Accelerator since July 2020. With a rich background at Mercer from 2008 to 2019 in various leadership roles including Career Solutions Leader for South & East Asia, Middle East & Africa, and Senior Principal & Talent Strategy Practice Leader for Asia, Vidisha specialized in advising organizations on talent management and workforce strategies. Earlier experience includes significant HR roles at Tata Group, GE, and Tata Motors. Vidisha holds an MBA in General Management from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Mumbai.
