Elayne Nogueira

Elayne Nogueira is an experienced EAP Counsellor at Workplace Options since July 2023, providing psychological support in crisis situations, counseling, and brief psychotherapy. Elayne serves as a board member at the Associação de Psicólogos Brasileiros em Portugal since June 2021. Prior experience includes clinical psychologist roles at Reinventar-se Psicologia clínica and Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa, where Elayne also worked as a Process Manager for social reintegration projects. Elayne holds a Doctorate in Information Science and Psychology from Universidade Fernando Pessoa and a Master's in Behavioral Sciences from Universidade de Brasília, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Federal University of Ceará.
