Jorge Diogo Nunes de Sousa has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jorge Diogo started their career as a Trainee at Top Atlantico DMC in 2005, followed by a Trainee position at Ritz-Carlton Hotel & Golf Resort Penha Longa in 2006. Jorge Diogo then worked in the Hotel Industry at Pestana Cascais from 2006 to 2008.

In 2009, Jorge joined Futurschool where they worked in Education and Training until 2010. During the same year, they also held a Sales Back office rep position at Hotel Florida and worked as a Coach empresarial at Jular.

From 2010 to 2014, Jorge worked as a Revenue Management Sales Team Exec at Lawrence Hotel. Subsequently, they joined Workplace Options in 2014. At Workplace Options, they initially served as a Provider Relations Billing Specialist from 2014 to 2018. Later, they became the Service Centre Manager, responsible for overseeing various aspects of the business, including business development, real estate matters, financial transactions, and employment contracts. Jorge is interested in growth, innovation, networking, and generating leads to create a better environment for employees and employers.

Jorge Diogo Nunes de Sousa attended IPAM from 2017 to 2018, where they pursued a Post Graduate degree in Marketing Management. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2007, they studied at Universidade Europeia and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management in Tour Operators.
