Melanie Allcott

Melanie Allcott has over 20 years of professional experience in various roles related to wellness, employee support, and account management. Melanie is currently working as a Global Bespoke Learning Specialist at Workplace Options, a position they have held since 2017. In this role, they deliver webinars on wellness topics to employees in multinational organizations.

Before joining Workplace Options, Melanie worked as a Wellness Facilitator and Owner of Rebalance Workplace Wellbeing, starting in 2015. In this capacity, they designed and delivered health and wellbeing webinars for businesses and also provided one-to-one support in stress management and mindfulness.

Melanie's early career includes roles at companies such as Workplace Options and Counselling in Companies (CiC) as an Account Manager and Key Account Manager, respectively. Melanie also worked at Coutts Consulting Group as a Key Account Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Ceridian Performance Partners Ltd in various roles, including Account Manager and Marketing and Administration Assistant.

Throughout their career, Melanie has developed expertise in areas such as stress resilience, emotional intelligence, menopause, and diversity and inclusion. Melanie has extensive experience delivering webinars and providing one-to-one support in wellness and wellbeing.

Melanie Allcott earned a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. In 2002, they obtained an Advanced Certificate in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Melanie briefly attended (OCR) Oxford Cambridge and RSA Examinations in 2006 to pursue a diploma in Stress Management. Later in 2015, they completed the ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology at Cotswold Academy of Health & Sport.
