Alexandra Porter's work experience began in 2011 as a Barista at Starbucks. Alexandra then worked as a Loader at UPS from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they became a Sales Specialist at Montgomery Cyclery for a year. From 2016 to 2018, Alexandra worked at Apple as a Genius, and then became a Lead Genius until 2022. Alexandra then briefly worked as a Manager before transitioning to a Technical Specialist role, which they held until 2023. Currently, Alexandra is a Customer Success Engineer at WorkProud.

Alexandra Porter completed their education from 2011 to 2015 at the University of Cincinnati. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Teaching.
