Jana Jovanovic

Jana Jovanovic is an experienced professional with a background in customer success, account management, and marketing. Currently serving as the Enterprise Customer Success Team Lead at Insightful, Jana has previously held positions including Account Manager at WorkChain.io, Marketing Manager at Headline Serbia, Account Assistant at Infinity Impulse, and PR Manager at AIESEC Serbia. Jana holds a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at the University of Belgrade, obtained in 2018, and a Bachelor's degree in Management from the same institution, completed in 2017.
