Bob Hausman

Bob Hausman has over 35 years of experience in various roles and industries. Bob currently serves as the Head of Finance & Administration at WorkRails, Inc. where they support all operational, HR, and back office functions. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of Operations & Finance at the same company.

Before joining WorkRails, Inc., Bob was the President & CEO of Haus Strategic Advisors, LLC where they provided consulting and advisory services focused on operations challenges. Bob also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Parallel Testing, Inc. during this time.

Bob has also worked as a Senior Consultant at Group 50 Consulting where they delivered results across various markets and industries. Bob has experience in partner development and management at Global Convergence, Inc. and Idea Integration. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant at Workmarket and held the role of Director at Gerstle, Rosen & Goldenberg, PA.

Early in their career, Bob served as the COO at Greensight Technologies, LLC and OnForce, Inc. where they played a crucial role in driving business development, strategic planning, and customer service. Overall, Bob has a strong background in operations, finance, and leadership.

Bob Hausman earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Philadelphia University between 1974 and 1977. Before that, they attended Hotchkiss from 1971 to 1974, where they focused on Business/Commerce, General. Bob later pursued further education at the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 1977 to 1978, obtaining an MBA in Management & Marketing.
