Allison Salazar

Allison Salazar has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as Eco Staff Writer at Pink and Black Magazine in 2012. Allison also worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer at SH Music Publishing, Art/Photo Intern at The Knot, Creative Lead at TRUFFLE Travel, Art Manager at Storyboards Inc, Product Designer at Teachable, Brand Manager, Content Marketer & Designer, and Product Designer at Handy HQ between 2012 and 2020. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Product Designer at Angi, where they own design for the Handy brand with a focus on pro platforms. Her responsibilities include leading end-to-end design process, collaborating with PM partners, and partnering with engineering counterparts. In 2022, they transitioned to the role of Senior Product Designer at WorkRamp.

Allison Salazar attended Hofstra University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Print Journalism and Fine Arts. In 2011 and 2012, they attended the University of Amsterdam and earned a Bachelors in Journalism. In 2010, they attended SKEMA Business School and earned a Bachelors in Journalism.
