Barbara Bermes

Barbara Bermes is currently the VP of Product at WorkRamp. Barbara has previously worked as the Head of Product at Lever from May 2019 to November 2021 and as Senior Product Lead, Mobile at Mozilla from June 2015 to May 2019. At Lever, they were responsible for providing psychological safety, trust, and transparency to the product, design, and BI team. At Mozilla, they were responsible for managing a team of Senior Product Managers to grow mobile browser portfolio.

After completing their Honours Bachelor in Computer Science from Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, Barbara Bermes pursued Continuing Education in IT Project Management from Ryerson University. Barbara also holds a Certificate in Information Architecture - Basic from the University of Toronto's Faculty of Information (The iSchool Institute).

They work with Meredith Fish - VP, People & Culture, Arsh Mand - CTO & Co-Founder, and Matthew Bujnicki - Senior Director, Business Operations & Finance. Their manager is Ted Blosser, CEO & Co-Founder.
