VP of Engineering at WorkRamp

Dan Simon has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2001. Dan'scareer began as a Web Developer for MyUCDavis, followed by a Web Master role at UC Davis. In 2004, Dan moved to Myers Internet, an MGIC Company, as a Web Developer. In 2006, they joined IronKey, Inc as a Senior Web Developer and Technical Lead. In 2010, Dan became the Engineering Director at Playdom, where they were responsible for game properties and technical direction. In 2013, they were the Founding CTO at Pogoseat, Inc. and then moved to Ooyala in 2014 as a Sr. Director of Engineering. In 2016, Dan joined BetterWorks as VP Engineering and Advisor. Since 2018, they have been VP of Engineering at Qventus, Inc. and is currently VP of Engineering at WorkRamp. In these roles, Dan has been responsible for engineering aspects such as recruiting, P&L, program management, infrastructure, development, and security.

Dan Simon attended the University of California, Davis from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Applied Mathematics.
