Erin Paugh

Erin Paugh is the Director of Solutions Engineering at WorkRamp. Erin has over six years of experience in sales engineering and customer experience roles. Erin has a history of success in strategizing complex upsell opportunities, delivering successful customized demonstrations and POCs, and collaborating with technical teams to support end users.

Erin started their career as an Educational Services Intern at Kronos, where they gained valuable experience in coordinating technology launches and updating knowledge support content for end users. Erin then became a Peer Mentor at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they provided guidance and support to fellow students.

In 2014, Erin began their role as a Customer Experience Specialist at Biogen through Navis Learning. In this role, Erin was responsible for conducting user acceptance testing, collecting metrics on technical support events, and communicating directly with end users on their technology experiences.

In 2015, Erin joined Salsify as a Senior Sales Engineer. In this role, they supported top strategic account management teams, strategized complex upsell opportunities, and delivered successful customized demonstrations and POCs.

Erin’s experience in sales engineering and customer experience has been essential in their current role as the Director of Solutions Engineering at WorkRamp. In this role, Erin is responsible for leading a team of sales engineers and working closely with customers to ensure they are successful with WorkRamp’s solutions.

Erin Paugh has a BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an Information Technology Minor and Education Minor from Westford Academy.

They work with and Travis Parker - Director of Solutions Engineering. Erin Paugh reports to Arsh Mand, CTO & Co-Founder.
