Michelle McKinley Ultimo is the current Head of Growth Marketing at WorkRamp. Prior to that, they served as the Sr Manager Demand Generation & Growth Marketing at RiseSmart from May 2020 to August 2021. In that role, they were responsible for the strategy and execution of paid marketing programs that capture and nurture marketing leads across multiple channels. Before their time at RiseSmart, Michelle was with CareerArc for over five years, serving as their Sr Director, Growth Marketing. In that role, they led digital marketing, marketing automation, demand generation, social media and SEO strategies to meet company goals. Michelle has a proven track record in increasing paid ROI through strategic PPC & sponsorship campaigns, increasing blog traffic and rankings with targeted, optimized blog posts, and overhauling social strategy and look. Michelle has also utilized intent data for highly targeted email campaigns and created email cadences for inbound & outbound follow up. In addition, they have overseen strategic ad partnerships and managed vendor relationships for the B2C side of the business. Michelle has a deep understanding of what it takes to drive highly targeted traffic and how to help enterprise clients amplify their brand and strengthen their online presence. At CareerArc, they provided key business intelligence by delivering weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics and KPIs. Michelle also developed and managed the CareerArc Social Ads Management service - an in-house agency that helps businesses grow their follower base, organic reach, fill open positions and promote their products/services.

Michelle Mckinley Ultimo graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications (Journalism) Major from Pepperdine University. Michelle has a certification from Google AdWords Certified.
