Normandy Chany, MBA has a wealth of experience in the business world. Normandy began their career in 2005 as an Account Executive at The Daily Aztec before moving on to become a Marketing/Operations Manager at ISLE Surf & SUP in 2007. In 2010, they took on the role of Project Coordinator at Permission Interactive, followed by an eCommerce Website Project Manager role at Web Design Solutions, Inc. in 2011. From 2012 to 2021, Chany worked at Blue Sky eLearn, where they held various roles, including Director of Operations, Path, Director of Onboarding, Customer Success Manager, and Senior Project Manager. In 2021, Chany moved to EveryoneSocial as the Director of Implementation and Managed Services, and in 2022 they became the Manager of Implementation at WorkRamp. Chany also held the role of Tantrum & Meltdown Negotiator at Chany Household from 2016 to 2021.

Normandy Chany, MBA, received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Integrated Marketing Communications from San Diego State University in 2006. Normandy then returned to San Diego State University to pursue an MBA in Management, which they completed in 2012.
