Stephanie Middaugh

Stephanie Middaugh is the Director of Enablement at WorkRamp. Stephanie has over fifteen years of experience in sales enablement and training. Stephanie began their career at Zoom in January 2021 as the Sr. Sales Enablement Manager, Programs. In this role, Stephanie operationalized the Sales Enablement team by creating and deploying scalable and repeatable frameworks and Program Management strategies to increase the efficiency of the 30+ member team. Stephanie also supported a Sales Organization of over 1,500 sellers globally.

In August 2021, Stephanie was promoted to Director of Enablement at WorkRamp. In this role, Stephanie is responsible for leading a team of enablement professionals who design and deliver training programs that equip employees with the skills and knowledge they need to be successful in their roles. Stephanie is also responsible for driving enablement strategy and initiatives that align with the company’s business goals.

Stephanie Middaugh has a Bachelor's Degree in English from Northern Arizona University and is certified as a Sales Enablement Practitioner from Sales Assembly.

They work with Mikey Pawell - Director, Business Development, Alex Meyer - Director Of Business Development, and Adrian Diaz - Director, Implementation & Support. Their manager is Rocky Paap, Chief Revenue Officer.
