Heidi M. Romer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Heidi M. is currently the Managing Director at Work Renewed since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Community Advancement at Jericho Road Community Health Center from April 2019 to January 2023. Heidi M. also served as a Clinical Community Linkages Consultant at CAI (Cicatelli Associates Inc) from April 2021 to September 2022.

Heidi M. Romer has a diverse education history. In 2003 to 2005, they attended Erie Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities. Later, from 2011 to 2014, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Economics & Management at Empire State University. Heidi further expanded their education by completing an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University at Buffalo in 2016 to 2017.

Additionally, Heidi has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2013, they completed the Dale Carnegie - Effective Communications & Human Relations course offered by Dale Carnegie.
