Zoe Miles

Zoe Miles is an experienced professional in design and research, currently serving as an Experience Advisor at WorkSafeBC since November 2024. Previously, Zoe held the position of Senior Product Researcher at Compass Digital from March 2023 to July 2024. At Xero, from October 2019 to February 2023, Zoe advanced through various roles including Lead Design Researcher, Senior Design Researcher, and Design Researcher. Earlier experience includes serving as Experience Research Manager at Sky New Zealand, UX Researcher at UX Connections, and a Research Assistant at both The London School of Economics and Political Science and University of Washington. Zoe holds a Master's degree in Organizational and Social Psychology from LSE and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Psychology from the University of Washington.
