Martynas Dagys

Martynas Dagys is an experienced professional with a strong background in business development and strategic management within the laser and photonics industries. Currently serving as a Board Member of the Lithuanian Laser Association since April 2022, Martynas has been instrumental in forming and implementing the laser industry strategy in Lithuania. As the Business Development Manager at the Workshop of Photonics since June 2020, responsibilities include developing new markets and creating strategic partnerships. Previously, Martynas held the same title at Bioenergy Lithuania, focusing on business development strategy across Europe and Africa from March 2016 to May 2021. Early career experience includes serving as General Manager and Sales Manager at Transveja, where sales and commerce in fruit wholesale were developed and supplier relationships were established. Martynas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from VILNIUS TECH, earned between 2007 and 2011.
