Lili Whitelaw

Lili Whitelaw is passionate about helping others thrive, and determining the conditions for each team member’s optimal performance. A New Jersey native, Lili earned a degree in Hospitality & Management at Ole Miss, spending her first post-graduation year working in Vail, CO, as an event planner at one of the region’s top wedding planning firms. In this role, Lili was able to develop her considerable organizational skills while designing unique, out-of-the-box events that embodied her clients’ dreams. Back on the East Coast, she earned both a real estate license and a personal training certification, wielding both in part time roles as a sales associate and trainer. As Executive Assistant to Principal Architect Thomas Zoli, she is charged with complex coordination and is dedicated to helping the Workshop/APD team work smarter. Lili enjoys spending time with her cat, Chicken Nugget, and is pursuing a Master of Health Promotion at American University.
