Human Resources Team

The Human Resources Team at Worksighted is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The team, consisting of an HR Generalist, a Human Resources Coordinator, and the Director of Human Resources, works collaboratively to foster a positive work environment, support staff development, and ensure the company's workforce needs are met efficiently.
