Sarah St-Fleur

Sarah St-Fleur's work experience includes roles in digital content management and creation, graphic design, hosting and speaking, stand-up comedy, online community management, technical customer service, blogging, and event coordination.

In 2009, Sarah began their career as a digital content specialist, creating and managing engaging online content for various corporate and personal projects. Sarah also served as an online community manager, building and overseeing online communities and executing long-lasting engagement strategies.

From 2014 to the present, Sarah has pursued a career as a host, speaker, and stand-up comedian. Sarah has also worked as a graphic designer for The Black Bougie since December 2019.

Sarah gained experience in technical customer service as a Technical Customer Service Agent for Telus Health Solutions from February 2016 to July 2021. In this role, they handled customer product support questions, resolved routine issues, and addressed incidents and service requests.

Additionally, Sarah has worked as a graphic designer, videographer, and editor for MOSAIC - National Co-Prime Event and Celebration Stream. Sarah also served as an online community manager for MOSAIC GOOGLE currents from October 2020 to June 2021.

Furthermore, Sarah has worked as a graphic designer for Sista Got Jokes Production from June 2016 to September 2017 and as a blogger for eBOSS Canada in June and July 2017.

Lastly, Sarah served as a blogger, chief editor, and writer for Queen Sized Flava.com from September 2009 to September 2015.

Sarah St-Fleur has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Community, Public Affairs, and Policy Studies from Concordia University. Sarah also holds a degree in Social Science with a major in Law & Society from Vanier College. In addition to their formal education, Sarah has obtained certifications in "Creativity at Work: A Short Course from Seth Godin" and "Social Media Video for Business and Marketing" from LinkedIn. Sarah completed these certifications in July 2021.
