Jamie Dyra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer implementation and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Implementation at Workstream since April 2022, Jamie leads the execution of customer implementation strategies while fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Previously, as the Head of Organizational Development, Jamie contributed to talent management initiatives through data-driven decision-making. As Utah Site Lead and Senior Manager of Learning & Development at StubHub, Jamie managed staffing reductions and operational adjustments during significant company transitions. Jamie's foundational experience includes a role as a Professional Development Learning Designer for Merced Union High School District, where tailored programs were developed for a diverse student population. Additionally, Jamie has served as an Adjunct Professor at Merced Community College District, piloting an innovative dual-enrollment English course. Jamie holds a Master of Arts in School Library and Information Technology from Fresno Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from California State University, Fresno.
