Laura also has experience in value engineering, customer insights, and loyalty. Earlier in their career, they worked at Compass Bank in roles such as VP of Operations & Technology Training and Banking Center Manager. Laura Rexford holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Trade & Economics from Auburn University. Laura also has a background in Data Analytics from Southern New Hampshire University. In addition, Laura holds certifications as a Certified ROI Professional from The ROI Institute, which they obtained in February 2012, and as a Strategic Workforce Planning Certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI), obtained in August 2019.
